Admissions Coordinator /
Marketer Pay:
Starting at $40/hour + aggressive bonus structure Overview We are seeking a motivated, experienced Admissions Coordinator/Manager to lead our admissions process and support facility growth. This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for residents and families while building strong referral relationships and driving census growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through admission Evaluate prospective residents for clinical and financial eligibility Collaborate with nursing, case management, and leadership to ensure appropriate admissions Track real-time bed availability and coordinate room assignments Verify insurance benefits and complete all required documentation Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and referral partners Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and discharge planners Participate in outreach, marketing events, and community engagement Drive census growth through strong follow-up and service Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and participate in daily team meetingsQualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field 2+ years of admissions experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting LVN or RN license Why Join Us?
