Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.

Summary of Job Duties:
Recruit. Attend college fairs, high schools, and virtual events to attract potential students. Provide information about the college and its resources to interested individuals. Advise students and families on admission policies, program options, financial aid, and career paths. Travel overnight and occasionally on some weekends.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Two to three years of experience preferred. Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of the admissions process, financial aid, and institutional policies. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Must be willing to travel for recruitment events.Additional Information:
