Job Description

Advance Practice Provider (NP /PA), Primary Care - Mon-Fri, no weekends/eves, 6-8 patients per day Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends or evenings. Manage chronic conditions of our own patient panel seeing 6-8 patients per day on average. For over 30 years, HarmonyCares has been delivering home-based care. We offer comprehensive, home-based healthcare services. We care for people with Medicare and those with complex medical issues.

Responsibilities :
The APPs we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The APP who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs.
Qualifications :
Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located Federal DEA License/eligibility Geriatric training/experience preferred Active CPR/BLS Certification Board Certification Facility & Address HarmonyCares - Corpus Christi Corpus Christi
