Advanced Tumbling Coach/Instructor

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in gymnastics and/or tumbling, with the ability to engage and motivate students in various activities. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning environment that encourages physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth. Duties Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Organize and lead tumbling sessions, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship among participants. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Requirements Proven experience in teaching gymnastic/tumbling. Experience working with students of various age groups in a gym environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
