AdvantageCS Expert

Job Description We are seeking a senior-level AdvantageCS expert to own and optimize our subscription, order management, and fulfillment ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as the go-to subject matter expert while driving system scalability, performance, and governance. The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical AdvantageCS expertise and can translate complex business needs into durable, well-documented solutions that reduce risk and increase operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert ( SME ) for AdvantageCS across the organization
• Lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of AdvantageCS modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and configurations
• Partner closely with engineering, integration, and data teams on APIs and downstream systems
• Support and lead system upgrades, patches, and testing efforts
• Establish and improve documentation, processes, and system governance
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance on best practices
