Opens a new window. 10 workers needed from 2/1/2026 - 11/30/2026. We need assistance producing corn and soybeans. We operate late model John Deere and Peterbuilt equipment. Workers will operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, vehicles and irrigation equipment. Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus and weed growth, and diseases. Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Load and unload crops, commodities, and farm inputs. Operate vehicles and equipment to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm worker. Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops. Mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery. Clean up equipment, service, and prepare for winter storage using hand tools, power-washers, and other tools. Must speak and understand English. Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
