Opens a new window. 3 workers needed from 2/14/2026 - 12/14/2026. Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to plant, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, load and unload crops as needed, and transport crops to elevator, market or storage area. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, sprayers, combines, back-hoes, mowers, fork lift and track-hoes. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job also requires loading seed into planters; properly mixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combine cutting heads; rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirable plant varieties, trash, rocks, and other objects from fields; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing equipment. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer. Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy skills are required. Employees are required to have a clean driving record. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions and extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, and walking. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of 3/4 of the workdays of the total specified period beginning with the workers first day, free housing provided to workers recruited from beyond the commuting area, transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be provided or paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract or earlier.
