Job Description

Pay:
$60.00 - $80.00 per hour Job description: Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery Aesthetic Injector and Laser Specialist (PA-C) Westlake Village, CA | In person Do you enjoy providing excellent client service and building life-long relationships? Do you want to help people achieve positive transformations? Do you like to learn, grow, and be challenged? If you answered yes to any of these questions, consider a meaningful career with Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery. Tansavatdi Facial Plastic Surgery is a boutique facial plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine practice in Westlake Village, led by Dr. Kristina Tansavatdi. Our practice is built around refined facial rejuvenation, natural-looking outcomes, excellent patient care, and a concierge-level patient experience. We care for patients who are discerning, relationship-oriented, and looking for thoughtful recommendations rather than rushed or transactional aesthetic treatments. Dr. Kristina Tansavatdi is a facial plastic surgeon with a strong commitment to excellence and creating positive transformations in mind, body, and spirit, enabling people to live healthier, longer, and more meaningful lives. We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated Aesthetic Injector and Laser Specialist with a MINIMUM of 3 years' experience in neurotoxin, dermal fillers, and Sculptra to join our growing facial plastic surgery practice. This position offers a unique opportunity for a provider who is eager to be part of a team focused on excellent care, concierge-level client experience, growing a loyal client base, and showcasing clinical talent in the exciting field of aesthetic medicine. This is not an entry-level aesthetic role. The ideal candidate is already clinically confident with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra, has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, communicates beautifully with patients, and is motivated to continue advancing under the mentorship and standards of a facial plastic surgeon.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
You should apply if you are a polished, clinically experienced PA-C who:
  • Has at least 3 years of direct experience performing neurotoxin/neuromodulator treatments.
  • Has at least 3 years of direct experience performing dermal filler treatments.
  • Has at least 3 years of direct experience performing Sculptra treatments.
  • Has strong judgment and does not oversell, over-treat, or recommend treatments that do not serve the patient.
  • Understands the difference between a transactional med spa experience and a long-term aesthetic relationship.
  • Is confident enough to perform independently, but humble enough to accept feedback and refine technique.
  • Communicates clearly and warmly with patients, especially when explaining expectations, downtime, risks, limitations, and treatment sequencing.
  • Has an eye for natural facial balance and understands that the goal is often to help patients look refreshed, not changed.
  • Enjoys educating patients and building maintenance plans that support long-term facial aging, skin quality, and confidence.
  • Is comfortable being part of a premium, high-touch practice where patient experience, professionalism, documentation, and follow-through matter.
  • Has a professional social media account with before-and-after photos that demonstrates proficiency, aesthetic judgment, and excellent outcomes.
  • Is willing to participate in social media education, before-and-after documentation, video content, and ethical brand-building.
  • Wants to grow a patient base and be rewarded for measurable productivity, retention, and contribution to the practice.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
This is likely not the right fit if you are looking for a low-accountability injector role, prefer not to participate in patient education or content creation, are uncomfortable with performance metrics, or do not want feedback on consultation style, outcomes, patient experience, and documentation quality. This practice is best suited for someone who wants to be part of a physician-led team committed to excellence, lifelong learning, and premium patient care.
Qualifications:
