Pay:

Starting at $45.00 per hour plus revenue-based commission tiers. Compensation is dynamic and based on experience, licensure, production history, clinical autonomy, patient retention, and any documented transferable book of business. Commission-forward structures may be considered for established providers with proven production or a transferable book.

Schedule:

Dynamic schedule based on provider experience, existing patient demand, production history, and practice growth. Without a prior book, Beauté Paris can support clientele growth with an initial 3 to 4 day per week schedule. Providers with a documented transferable book or established demand may be considered for a customized schedule based on projected patient flow. About Beauté Paris Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique med spa and wellness practice in the Bee Cave and Lakeway area, devoted to preventative aging and a refined approach to rejuvenation that is subtle, elegant, and restorative. We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our practice as a primary injectable provider. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to build strong patient continuity, deliver natural results with intention and restraint, and grow a loyal returning book over time within a supported, physician-led environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an injector with real client-facing experience who is ready to grow within a practice platform that provides brand support, front-desk scheduling, clinical protocols, medical oversight, marketing support, and a high-touch patient experience. What You Will Do Perform aesthetic consultations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with a natural, refined aesthetic Incorporate regenerative approaches where appropriate, including biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, as well as PRF and PRP Educate patients on long-term facial aging, skin quality, facial balancing, and full-face treatment planning Build trust, continuity, and long-term relationships with injectable patients Collaborate with ownership and medical leadership on safety standards, protocols, inventory planning, and patient experience Help uphold the clinical and aesthetic standard of the injectable category as the practice grows What We Are Looking For Active Texas RN, APRN, or PA license in good standing At least 1 year of true hands-on aesthetic injection experience treating real clients or patients Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required Ability to consult independently and guide patients through appropriate treatment planning Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work within established protocols Aesthetic style that favors longevity, subtlety, balance, and tissue integrity over overfilled or trend-based results Professional warmth, maturity, and the ability to build trust with a discerning patient population Desire to grow a loyal returning client base over time Portfolio of before-and-after work required, whether through Instagram or a professional gallery Compensation and Revenue-Based Commission Tiers Beauté Paris is open to structuring compensation around the right provider's experience, production history, clinical independence, patient retention, and book-building ability.

Compensation may include:

Starting hourly compensation from $45.00 per hour Revenue-based commission tiers Higher compensation eligibility for providers with proven production, strong patient retention, or a documented transferable book of business Alternative commission-forward structures may be considered for highly established providers who prefer a more production-based model Injectable commission is based on collected gross injectable service revenue personally generated by the provider. Laser and energy-based service commission is based on collected net service revenue after direct treatment-specific consumable costs. Commission is calculated only on revenue actually paid by the client and collected by the practice. Commission is not paid on quoted treatment plans, menu pricing alone, unpaid balances, write-offs, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or any amount not actually received by the practice. The role includes three revenue-based commission tiers: Tier 1: 10% commission Tier 2: 12% commission Tier 3: 15% commission Tier placement and advancement are based on collected monthly production, patient retention, rebooking, schedule utilization, quality of work, and demonstrated ability to grow a loyal returning patient base. For candidates with an established book of business, existing patient demand, strong social presence, or documented production history, Beauté Paris is open to discussing a customized structure that better reflects the economics of the provider's proven value. Schedule The schedule is designed to be dynamic and tied to provider experience, patient demand, production, and book growth. For a provider joining without an established transferable book, Beauté Paris can support clientele development with approximately 3 to 4 days per week, allowing enough presence to build consistency, patient relationships, and returning demand. For a provider with a documented transferable book, existing patient demand, or proven production history, schedule structure may be customized based on expected patient flow and the economics of that transition. Additional days or expanded availability may be added based on patient flow, schedule utilization, provider production, and clinic demand.
