Aesthetic Medicine Assistant

We are an established aesthetic medical practice seeking a warm, professional, and proactive team member who takes pride in delivering an excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, intuitive, and able to anticipate needs while supporting a smooth, well-organized clinic flow. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service or hospitality and a genuine interest in aesthetics, wellness, and healthy living. Responsibilities Provide high-quality service to patients in person, by phone, and via text Guide patients through their visit with professionalism and care Collect and document patient histories in our electronic medical system Assist physicians and clinical staff as needed Educate patients on recommended products and services Support daily operations including scheduling, chart preparation, and patient care Qualifications Friendly, polished, and confident communicator Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Able to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Interest in aesthetics and wellness Hours Tuesday and Thursday, 12 noon - 6 PM 1-2 Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM-2:00

PM Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 18.0 per week
