What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Florida Experience performing cosmetic injectables independently Strong skills in neurotoxins and dermal fillers Experience with biostimulators and advanced injectable treatments preferred Passion for aesthetics, patient education, and delivering exceptional outcomes Professional, polished bedside manner with strong communication skills Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Providers looking to continue growing their aesthetic skillset are encouraged to apply Compensation & Incentives $60-$70hr with incentives, yearly salary increase based on performance Uncapped commission and additional earning potential tied to treatments, product sales, and package performance Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and additional incentives Flexible scheduling with earning potential directly tied to provider productivity and growth This role is designed for someone who wants the ability to grow financially while helping grow an established aesthetic practice.
