Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures with precision and safety. Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatment plans. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and follow-up communications using salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Promote our aesthetic services through social media management and client engagement strategies to attract new clientele. Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client experience and business growth. Qualifications Valid nursing license with experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic nursing required . Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to guest services and customer care. Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demos to boost revenue streams. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
