Position Overview Within Reach Healing is not hiring into a rigid, predefined regenerative or aesthetic NP role . We are seeking a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner with established experience in regenerative, hormone, and/or aesthetic medicine to co-create and lead this branch of the practice. You should have worked in med-spa and/or regenerative clinic settings and be able to bring what you have learned, what worked well and what did not, into the creation of this offering. This role will evolve based on shared vision and growth. Core Service Areas Peptide therapy Hormone optimization / functional hormone balancing PRP and/or prolotherapy injections Aesthetic injectables (Botox, etc.) IV nutrient therapy Metabolic and longevity-focused care (Strong hands-on experience in one or more of these areas is required.) Full Practice Authority Requirement Applicants must hold Full Practice Authority in Illinois . We do not have a collaborating physician. Responsibilities Provide regenerative and aesthetic treatments within your established scope and certifications Help shape protocols, workflows, and patient experience for this service line Educate clients on regenerative and functional approaches Collaborate with chiropractors, PTs, therapists, massage therapists, and estheticians Participate in internal referrals and collaborative care Use Jane.app for scheduling and documentation (training provided) Maintain malpractice insurance and licensure Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Illinois Full Practice Authority required Prior hands-on experience in regenerative medicine and/or medical aesthetics Training completed outside of Within Reach Healing Confident, grounded clinical presence Comfortable practicing independently Collaborative, open-minded, and patient-centered Entrepreneurial and excited to build something Schedule & Benefits Part-time to start (flexible) Potential to grow Flexible schedule Dedicated treatment room Practice covers startup and ongoing product costs How to Apply Please submit: CV Brief note describing your background in regenerative/aesthetic medicine and why a co-created role appeals to you
