As an After School Enrichment Educator , you'll be the spark that makes after-school hours the best part of a student's day! This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It's ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. In this role, you will: Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade Ensure student safety and well-being at all times Plan and lead engaging recreational activities Assist students with homework and academic support as needed Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement Maintain accurate attendance and incident records Organize and oversee snack time and outdoor play Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe We're Actively Seeking Instructors with Experience in any of these activities: Spanish Martial Arts Dance Cooking Digital Arts Hip Hop STEM Schedule & Compensation The program runs from August 13 2026 to June 4 2027, organized into 6 sessions (6/7 weeks each) aligned with the District School Calendar.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday afternoons (3.5 hs each day)

Hourly Pay Rate:

$30 Requirements 18+ years of age Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR) Ability to assist to onsite paid trainings the week before the program starts.
