Aftermarket Specialist

Koenig is currently searching for a qualified Aftermarket Specialist supporting our Team and Customers based out of the Dealership's Botkins, OH location.

Primary Responsibilities :

Greet and assist walk-in, phone, and online customers in identifying and locating the correct parts, accessories, and attachments for John Deere lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, riding mowers, push mowers, and other turf equipment. Use John Deere parts catalogs, computer systems, and technical resources to accurately research, quote, and process parts orders. Process sales transactions, invoices, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately. Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments while maintaining an orderly and clean parts counter and inventory area. Track inventory levels, monitor stock, and notify management of low or out-of-stock items. Pull and prepare parts orders for customers and service technicians. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Participate in John Deere training programs (e.g., John Deere University) to stay current on product knowledge and parts procedures. Provide backup assistance on the sales floor during peak periods, helping customers select the right new or used lawn mowers, tractors, and related equipment. Assist with showroom organization, promotions, and customer follow-up as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred. Strong internal & external customer relation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve cross-functional business results. Ability to lift 50 lbs and reach all shelves in the parts department.
