Job Description
The wage scale for this position is $13-16/hour.
Primary Function:
Implement, supervise and assess activities. Align lesson objectives to program standards. Create positive opportunities for members and families, and display enthusiasm for the learning process and after-school programming. Support the mission of the Starke County Youth Club. Requirements High School diploma or equivalency certificate. Knowledge of methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups. Knowledge of youth development and developmentally appropriate practice. Experience working with children. Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Highly developed organizational skills. Reliable transportation. Federal, state and local employment requirements.Job Type:
