08/02/2026 I farm 5000 acres of corn, wheat, tall fescue, canola, soybeans, oats, and sunflowers. I also do a variety of work ranging from seeding to ditching. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of planting, raising, harvesting and hauling our own crops. Jobs that will need to be done are yard maintenance, equipment maintenance, driving farm truck, tractor operation, and combine operation. Operate a combine to harvest wheat, corn, soybeans, canola, ryegrass and cereal rye. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.

This job involves manual labor:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires extensive walking, pushing, pulling, and frequent stooping. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required 3 months of experience is required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES

Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
