Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced candidate to fill an Ag Operations position within our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of fertilizers and crop protection products, as well as assisting with delivery and transportation of ag inputs. You'll operate high-tech equipment and work closely with growers and agronomy staff to ensure timely, accurate field applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate application equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fields Safely transport products to and from customer locations using company vehicles Maintain accurate records of applications, fields, and products used Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on equipment Assist in loading/unloading of product and supporting warehouse operations as needed Communicate effectively with growers and team members regarding field conditions and job completion
Qualifications:
Experience operating farm or agricultural equipment required Clean driving record CDL and Applicator's License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $50,000 - $65,000+ depending on experience Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision Paid time off and holidays Company-provided training and advancement opportunities
