Ag Sales/Grower Support Rep

A Large Blueberry Nursery is seeking a Grower Support Rep to build relationships with growers throughout the Florida and Georgia region. The Grower Support Rep will work remotely and be required to travel throughout the region walking blueberry fields and meeting with customers on a regular basis.

Grower Support Rep Responsibilities:

Frequent travel throughout Florida and Georgia meeting with commercial growers, some overnight travel required Provide technical support on site evaluations and grower recommendations Execute sales to commercial customers and assist with product selection Accurate and timely use of company CRM software

Grower Support Rep Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, related field OR equivalent experience 3-7 years related technical, sales, or customer service experience in Agriculture Excellent oral and written communication skills MS Office proficiency plus SAP or Salesforce experience preferred Ability to work independently and have a valid driver's license for travel
