Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural and industrial equipment maintenance, with the ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicles and equipment. Utilize diagnostic tools to conduct diagnostics, identifying issues accurately. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and equipment as needed. Fabricate components and parts as required for repairs or modifications. Execute welding tasks to repair or create necessary components for machinery. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and servicing as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience diagnostics and repair. Familiarity with operating forklifts and other industrial equipment safely. Strong skills in fabricating parts and welding techniques are highly desirable. Ability to maintain equipment effectively, ensuring optimal performance at all times. Experience with OEM standards is a plus, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to transmit technical information clearly to team members. A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work is essential. A/C Certification and experience. Class A CDL not required, but is a plus! Hours are Monday through Friday with one Saturday a Month. Pay based on experience and previous certifications.
