Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Affiliated Counselor to provide individual and group behavioral health services to clients with diverse mental health and co-occurring needs. This is a part-time role ideal for clinicians looking for consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions Complete clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards Collaborate with case managers, peers, and prescribers to support holistic client care Monitor client progress and participate in clinical team meetings Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards

Requirements:

Must be a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor in good standing Experience working with populations experiencing homelessness, SUD, or severe mental illness preferred Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

Schedule:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 15-24 hours per week (flexible based on availability and client needs)
