As part of our growing team, you'll join a hybrid role where work will be split between home and agency office for producer tasks, and training, mentorship, and development. With over 95 years of leadership and the award-winning University of Farmers® training program, we provide the tools and support you need to launch a successful career in insurance. Responsibilities Build relationships with Tuscaloosa-area families, individuals, and businesses. Learn to sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products. Participate in agency and district-led training and mentorship. Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach. Deliver excellent customer service and policy support. Requirements Ability to obtain Alabama Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided). Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow. Rewards Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
