Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Agency Conversationist to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our agency and clients, delivering exceptional customer support and client services through engaging communication. Your multilingual skills and sales expertise will drive positive interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Duties Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding customer service and support Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and promote agency services Assist clients with inquiries related to account information, service options, or technical issues using clear communication skills Maintain accurate records of client interactions through data entry and CRM systems Handle cash transactions or payments accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all client interactions Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or improving service delivery Qualifications Multilingual abilities with fluency in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments Strong communication skills with a professional phone etiquette mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills Experience with outbound calling and customer service is highly desirable Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous Capable of handling cash transactions responsibly and efficiently Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute for efficient documentation Join us as an Agency Conversationist and become a key contributor to delivering memorable client experiences!
