Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Agency Sales Manager Responsible for leading and growing the agency's sales operations across personal lines, commercial lines, and surety bonds. This role focuses on driving new business, developing and coaching sales staff, strengthening carrier relationships, and ensuring outstanding client experience. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing sales strategies that align with Valuesure Agency's independent model and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in home, auto, business insurance, and bond products Set sales goals, monitor performance, and report results to agency leadership Identify new market opportunities and carrier partnerships to expand offerings Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all product lines Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Ensure client needs are properly assessed and matched with appropriate coverage Maintain high standards for customer service, retention, and follow-up Support policy renewals and retention efforts Operations & Compliance Ensure sales activities comply with insurance regulations and carrier guidelines Accurately document client information, quotes, and policy details in the agency management systems Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth policy binding and renewals Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM reporting Qualifications & Education Minimum Requirement s: General Lines Property & Casualty Agent license 3-5+ years of insurance sales experience, preferably within an independent agency Proven experience leading or mentoring a sales team Strong knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, and/or bond products Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Join us as an Agency Sales Manager and become a vital part of our mission to deliver exceptional service while driving growth! Pay:
$67,182.72 - $119,000.00 per year
