Compensation Range:

The average earning is $50,000, with top earners making over $65,000. Hourly rate plus weekly commission. As a Signature Vacations Planner, you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsible for primarily outbound calling Hilton Signature Vacation members to assist them with booking their HSV packages, while providing excellent customer service. Meets minimum weekly production expectations/metrics based on the department's needs. Handles inbound calls as needed. Responsible for email communications with assigned Hilton Signature Vacation members as needed. Provides administrative support for the Signature Vacations program as assigned. Must always have a clear understanding of available Signature Vacation packages. Verifies the Signature Vacations Package and the bonus points awarded and reviews contingency requirements before booking the vacation.
