Build a strong external lead generation network with a primary focus in the Homeowner's Association demographics. This role will involve spending time with existing and potential clients to diagnose and monitor landscapes and recommending necessary care. Estimating jobs and providing estimates for the work to be completed.

Responsibilities:

• Arborist Representatives possess strong capabilities in the following areas:
• Safety in the workplace
• job site setup, setting and exceeding client expectations
• Business Development
• attend events, network, and prospect new clients
• Account Management
• provide services to current customer base
• Inventories and Tree Management Plans
• Strong Knowledge of Arboriculture and Urban Forestry
• Proven record of tree care management
• Provide professional consultative assessments of trees and landscape ecosystems and recommend appropriate services
• Networking
• leveraging contacts within our industry partners and existing clients to drive new business and strengthen relationships. Client Satisfaction being the end goal
• Customer Service
• Consistently meet and exceed client expectations

Qualifications/Skills:

• ISA Certified Arborist Required, BCMA preferred
• 4 years' experience in Tree Care Account management
• Tree Risk Assessment Qualification a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Arbor-Note experience or Tree Mapping (GIS or equivalent)
