Tree Climber/ Arborist with 3+ Years Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for climbing trees to safely perform tree pruning and removal. The successful applicant will have a strong background in the tree care and be able to work safely and efficiently.

Duties:

• Rig and climb trees to perform tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and removal.
• Maintain and repair equipment, including trucks and other tools.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including planting and mulching.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Identify and address potential hazards on the job site.
• Lead other team members to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as tree climber with 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of tree care techniques and practices.
• Ability to operate all tools like chainsaws safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of rigging and equipment maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Foreman Experience is a plus.
• Bucket Experience is a plus.
