- 150K+ Company vehicle + gas card provided Drive residential, commercial, municipal, and government projects across Denver Metro and the Front Range Mountains Quote projects from $750 to $250,000+ Sell the full scope of services: pruning, removals, cabling, fire mitigation, planting, PHC, soil care, air spading, soil and water testing , tree risk assessments, consulting, and more (see full list at preservationtreecare.
net) Winter is not downtime—you'll be presenting to HOAs, giving Lunch-and-Learns, following up on proposals, site visits, and building client relationships year-round What You Bring ISA Certified Arborist required 5+ years of tree care sales experience in the Denver Metro area TRAQ preferred Proven record of closing $1M+ annually with a 35%+ close rate Strong in tree bids — accurate, professional, and dialed-in on costs Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to get reports and proposals in on time Must return client calls/emails within 24 hours and communicate clearly with the team Ability to map large properties, use GIS mapping, and write clear, actionable proposals Skilled at presenting to HOA boards, clients, and Lunch-and-Learns — clearly explaining services, systems, and value Able to align proposals with HOA and commercial budgets and priorities Solid tree and shrub ID and foundational PHC knowledge Willing to master our PHC methods (different from other companies, requiring more education and growth), Structural and Prescription Pruning, air spading, soil and water testing, and consulting services Willing to pursue certifications: TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualified), Consulting Certificate, and EHAP (Electrical Hazard Awareness Program) Comfortable with CRM systems and detailed reporting Stable, consistent, trustworthy, and honest A quick learner with a good sense of humor , who loves to have fun, can read the room, read clients, and pivot to their needs Professional, relationship-focused — building trust for the long term, not just making quick sales Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Bachelor's degree in a green industry field preferred Our Culture & Expectations Fun, hardworking, athlete-minded team that celebrates wins together Weekly safety meetings and bug fact trainings Regular check-ins: 30/60/90 days, trimester reviews, and an annual review Six-month probationary period with full support from leadership No isms: no racism, sexism, ageism, politics, religion, health debates, or body talk No TREEGOS, no slackers, no gossip, no drama — we don't tolerate it Open-door leadership and direct access to ownership We educate, we support, and we grow together Birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, team appreciation day, and holiday celebrations are all recognized
