Job Overview Frontier Forestry LLC We are excited to announce an opening for a qualified arborist who is passionate about tree care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to maintaining healthy, beautiful trees and landscapes. As a key player in our team, you will utilize your growing experience and technical skills to perform tree trimming, pruning, and other essential arboricultural tasks. Your expertise will help enhance the safety, aesthetics, and health of our clients' outdoor environments. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in arboriculture and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Perform tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and removal using proper techniques and safety protocols Operate bucket trucks and other equipment such as bucket lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely Use rigging techniques to safely lower large branches or trees during removal or pruning projects Apply GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for mapping and planning landscape projects Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping duties Assist with growing trees and plants by applying horticultural practices that promote healthy growth Estimate and generate tree care leads. Qualifications At least two years in the tree care industry. Applicable knowledge of native plants Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe removal or pruning of trees and branches Familiarity with GIS tools for landscape planning is a plus A valid drivers license Ability to operate standard software and digital technology Strong understanding of safety procedures related to tree work and equipment operation
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
