Tree Service is hiring an Outside Sales / Tree Service Estimator We are not looking for someone with 10 years of tree knowledge. We are looking for someone with strong sales ability who knows how to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals with homeowners. If you've succeeded in door-to-door sales, in-home sales, call centers, roofing, solar, pest control, or other home services , we will train you on the tree service side. This role is ideal for someone who is: Competitive Coachable Self-motivated Confident speaking with homeowners Comfortable asking for the sale You will meet homeowners on-site, assess their tree service needs, educate them on solutions, prepare estimates, and close profitable jobs. Responsibilities This is a full-cycle outside sales role that includes generating and closing your own opportunities. Prospect for new business by doing door-to-door outreach Meet homeowners and evaluate tree care needs Conduct site visits to assess tree condition, hazards, and access Prepare accurate estimates for trimming, pruning, removals, stump grinding, and other services (training provided) Present estimates and explain recommended tree care solutions Close your own deals Overcome objections and negotiate within company guidelines Maintain communication with scheduling and production teams Represent Infan

professionally in the community Identify potential hazards and educate customers on storm preparedness What We're Looking For 2+ years of proven sales experience (door-to-door, in-home, or home services preferred) Strong closing ability with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets Self-motivated and performance-driven Excellent communication skills with homeowners Comfortable working a commission-based role Ability to learn basic tree terminology and estimating methods (training provided) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Tree service experience is a plus but not required. Sales ability and work ethic matter more. ISA Certified Arborist certification is preferred but not required.
