We're a close-knit, fun, safety-first team looking for a certified arborist who loves people as much as trees. We are seeking a motivated Certified Arborist to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will lead tree care and maintenance projects, ensuring the health and safety of trees while supporting our green waste recycling mission. Your expertise will help us deliver top-tier landscaping and tree trimming services while utilizing specialized equipment like bucket trucks and cranes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your horticultural skills while making a positive environmental impact. We offer competitive pay along with great benefits. Pay will be determined based on your experience and skill level. Duties Adding to the company's arboriculture expert sales team. Inspect trees, prepare estimates and proposals, and recommend safe, cost-effective solutions Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients Coordinate with field crews to ensure job scope and quality match client expectations Represent our family values—professional, honest, and friendly—on every call Qualifications Strong knowledge of tree care techniques including pruning, trimming, and disease management. ISA Certified Arborist (or equivalent) required Proven sales or client-facing experience in tree care, landscaping, or related field Strong communication and estimating skills; comfortable giving on-site recommendations Valid driver's license and ability to travel within our service area Team player with a professional appearance and a customer-first attitude People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
