Tree Climber

Overview We are seeking a dependable, experienced Tree Climber to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. This position is for someone who shows up consistently, works safely, and can perform efficiently with minimal supervision. We are not looking for trainees or entry-level workers. The ideal candidate has solid climbing and rigging experience, understands proper pruning and removal techniques, and takes pride in completing high-quality work on every job. Responsibilities Safely climb trees using climbing and rigging techniques for pruning, trimming, and removals Operate bucket trucks, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely and efficiently Maintain job site safety, protect property, and communicate effectively with crew members Inspect and maintain climbing gear, rigging equipment, and tools Assist with landscape and grounds maintenance as needed Work efficiently while maintaining professional standards on all job sites Complete assigned work without constant supervision Requirements Proven professional tree climbing experience required Strong knowledge of rigging, pruning, and removal techniques Ability to work safely and productively at heights in all weather conditions Experience operating bucket trucks and tree care equipment preferred Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Must be physically capable of demanding outdoor labor and lifting heavy equipment Valid driver's license required CDL or arborist certifications are a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for experienced climbers who show up on time, work safely, and complete jobs without needing constant direction. Pay:

$26.00 - $50.00 per hour
