In this role, you will manage a crew within our Tree Division. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Arborist Foreman or a history of strong leadership. Responsibilities Ensure all employees follow safety regulations Deliver feedback to management Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment Other administrative tasks as necessary Qualifications Previous experience as a Arborist Foreman or similar position is preferred Deep understanding of work optimization methods Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and crisis management skills Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
