Job Description
Overview We are hiring a Plant Health Care Technician who will treat and maintain trees and shrubs to keep them healthy. When seasonal work slows down, this role also helps bring in new customers and support sales efforts. What You'll Do Treat trees and shrubs for insects, disease, and nutrient issues Apply fertilizers, injections, and sprays safely Inspect plants and report health issues Keep records and maintain equipment/vehicle Follow safety and pesticide rules Work with customers during service visits Help find and follow up with new customers (HOAs, commercial, residential) when needed Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to obtain pesticide applicator license Able to work outdoors in all weather Able to lift up to 50 lbs Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and self-motivated Preferred Tree care or plant health care experience ISA Arborist certification Sales or customer-facing experience
