Job Description
Job Summary •This is a commission based position but open to negotiate. We are seeking someone to help expand our team in the CDA area. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and fostering strong relationships within the community. You will leverage your negotiation skills, tree service knowledge, and sales experience to identify new opportunities, present compelling solutions, and close deals that benefit both clients and our company. We have been in business 10 years and are previous winner of Best of Bonner County and Best of Panhandle. We 66 - 5 star rating on Google. Duties Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new residential and commercial clients and expand existing accounts. Present tailored tree service solutions to clients, emphasizing value propositions through effective communication and technical expertise. Manage ongoing account relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying additional sales opportunities. Qualifications Experience in tree service or related fields. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively present solutions and close deals. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and coordinate efforts across departments.
