Who You Are You are an experienced climbing arborist who: Leads with honesty and transparency about your skill set Has a true passion for climbing and quality tree care Takes responsibility for your work and your growth Wants to progress up the ladder in arboriculture, not just punch a clock Shows up on time, communicates clearly, and respects the craft What You'll Be Doing Performing all facets of aerial tree work including: • Structural pruning Hazardous removals Weight reduction & crown restoration Precision rigging and controlled dismantles Operating company equipment: • Pickup truck with dump trailer Wood chipper Stump grinder Mini skid-steer Maintaining clean, safe, professional job sites Representing Priceless Tree Care with professionalism and pride What You Bring Proven experience as a production climber Comfortable driving truck and trailer combinations Strong working knowledge of safe climbing and rigging systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record ISA certification is a plus, but not required — real skill matters more Pay & Growth $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and production Performance bonuses Gear allowance after 3 months Real advancement opportunities into lead climber and crew leadership roles Why Priceless Tree Care Family-oriented, values-driven culture High-quality equipment, no junk gear We invest in people who invest in themselves You won't be rushed to cut corners — we do things right
