The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, field‑based role that blends consultative sales, project coordination, and client service.
THE ROLE
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to residential and commercial clients, providing recommendations on tree, plant, and landscape care.
  • Manage and grow a designated territory through relationship building, networking, and referral generation.
  • Conduct on‑site evaluations, diagnose landscape needs, and prepare detailed service estimates.
  • Coordinate with internal crews to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at community events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring long‑term engagement and repeat business.
  • Track sales activity and performance while identifying new opportunities for growth within the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, safety‑focused service solutions.
