We are looking for someone who is passionate about the outdoors, works well with others, and takes pride in producing high-quality work safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced production environment.
REQUIREMENTS
CDL REQUIRED
- Tree industry experience required
- Experience running equipment, chainsaws, and rigging required
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
- Safety-focused mindset
- Passion for arboriculture and outdoor work
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support crew members on job sites
- Maintain job quality, safety, and efficiency
- Operate equipment and assist with production daily
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Help maintain equipment and uphold company standards
