Arborist Crew Leader

Job Summary Lawrence Tree Service is looking for a skilled Lead Climbing Arborist to join our crew. If you are a safety-first professional who loves precision canopy work and high-level removals, we want to talk to you. Duties Lead and supervise a crew in performing tree pruning, removal, and health assessments with precision and safety. Assign tasks based on skill levels, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert advice on tree care . Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; oversee routine maintenance to maximize operational efficiency. Ensure all

safety standards are met on-site. Operate heavy equipment and assist with job site setup/cleanup. Qualifications Proven experience supervising tree care crews with a strong background in arboriculture or horticulture. Hands-on experience with tree care techniques including pruning, cabling, bracing, and removal. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Strong organizational skills for scheduling work tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will need proven experience as a professional climbing arborist. Proficiency in modern climbing techniques (SRT/SRS or DdRT/MRS). A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Strong communication Valid certifications or licenses related to arboriculture or landscaping are a plus; ongoing training in safety procedures is expected. leading a passionate team committed to excellence! References will be checked 90 day probation period 8 major holidays paid 2 weeks PTO per year.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
