Wildlife Exclusion Technician — Will Train | North Shore Wildlife

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on field position — not animal rehabilitation or wildlife research. You'll be working on homes, sealing entry points, installing exclusion materials, and keeping wildlife out of people's houses for good. If you've worked in roofing, carpentry, pest control, landscaping, or any skilled trade, this role will feel familiar. No wildlife or pest control experience required. We provide full paid training.

ABOUT NORTH SHORE WILDLIFE

We're a local wildlife removal and exclusion company serving homeowners on the North Shore of Massachusetts. We help people get squirrels, rats, mice, bats, and other wildlife out of their homes — and seal them out permanently. Small team, consistent work, good communication.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Inspecting homes for wildlife entry points Sealing gaps, vents, and openings with exclusion materials Installing one-way doors and hardware cloth Setting and checking traps when needed Working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops Taking job photos and basic notes Talking to homeowners professionally on site

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Comfortable on ladders and roofs — this is a requirement Experience in any hands-on trade: roofing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, cable install, HVAC, pest control Shows up on time and follows through Valid Massachusetts driver's license Okay working outdoors in all seasons and in tight spaces Can communicate clearly with customers
