Tree Service Worker

Job Description:

Come join a growing residential tree service company seeking a reliable and hardworking crew member. This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours and opportunities to grow within the company. We are interested in candidates with experience in specialized roles such as equipment operation, bucket truck operation and climbing. Willing to train the right person. We will also consider general laborers willing to work hard in a team environment with low to no prior tree work experience. Certified arborist a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

Assist with tree removal, trimming, and general job site cleanup Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided) Load and unload materials, logs, and debris Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Ability to get DOT medical card (or have current one) CDL is a plus, but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions Preferred (Not Required): Experience operating heavy equipment Bucket truck operation experience Tree climbing experience ISA Certified Arborist certification Prior tree service or landscaping experience
