• 38 per hour | Full-Time | Year-Round Work Green Holly Arborists is hiring a dependable and motivated Secondary Climber / Arborist to join our growing production team.

We are a professional, safety-focused tree care company serving Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who can operate as a strong ground operations team member while also assisting with climbing and aerial tree work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with tree industry experience who wants to continue developing their climbing skills while working with a quality-focused company using newer, professional equipment. Responsibilities Assist lead climber with aerial tree operations Rope handling and rigging operations Tree climbing and pruning assistance Safe chainsaw operation Jobsite setup and organization Operate equipment safely and professionally Drive trucks and trailers as needed Maintain a safe and efficient work environment Qualifications Tree industry experience required Climbing experience preferred Valid driver's license required Manual transmission experience highly preferred CDL is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work safely in physically demanding conditions Compensation & Benefits $30
