Duties Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access hard-to-reach areas efficiently and securely Execute tree care procedures including pruning, cabling, bracing, and disease management to promote tree health Assist with rigging operations for the safe removal of large limbs or hazardous trees Maintain equipment including bucket trucks, rigging gear, and safety harnesses to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Requirements Proven growing experience in arboriculture, horticulture, or related landscape fields with a focus on tree care and trimming Ability to safely climb trees using appropriate rigging techniques and climbing gear Familiarity with rigging procedures for safe tree removal or pruning operations Strong understanding of safety protocols related to working at heights and operating heavy machinery Valid certifications in tree care or arboriculture are a plus; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is encouraged Excellent physical condition with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Join us in shaping vibrant landscapes while advancing your skills in arboriculture!
