Tree Service Crew Member - Indian River, MI Full-Time | $20-$23/hour | Overtime + Benefits | Established 40+ Year Company About the Role Todd's Services is hiring a Tree Service Crew Member to our expanding Tree Service team in Indian River, Michigan . This full-time role combines tree service with landscape construction support , offering a career path with stability, growth, and hands-on outdoor work. Responsibilities Assist in tree removal to complete jobs safely and efficiently Assess jobsites for hazards and determine best practices for tree felling and removal Safely operate chainsaws, rigging, chippers, stump grinders, and bucket trucks Climb trees and operate aerial equipment as required Promote and enforce a safety-first culture at all times Support landscape/hardscape crews when needed Requirements 1+ years of tree removal and crew leadership experience Knowledge of tree cutting safety standards and BMPs ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement (required) CDL-A (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to advance Pay & Benefits $20.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience) Overtime Pay (time-and-a-half) Weekly Pay Health & Dental Insurance (including family coverage) 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Training & Advancement Opportunities Why Work With Us?
