Responsibilities Safely ascend trees using climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to access hard-to-reach areas for tree maintenance and landscape work Rig trees or branches as needed for safe removal or pruning, ensuring proper techniques are followed Conduct routine inspections of trees and landscapes to identify health issues or hazards Assist with general landscape maintenance including lawn care, planting, and shrub trimming Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Skills Proven experience in tree care, tree trimming, or landscaping Strong ability in rigging techniques for safe tree removal or branch control Skilled in operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts safely and efficiently Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general gardening practices Ability to assess tree health and growth patterns to recommend appropriate care strategies Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb trees, work at heights, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in arboriculture and landscape maintenance.
