Crew Leader, Arborist

What's in it for you? competitive pay high level of autonomy to run your own crew potential to share in growth and profits of the company great work atmosphere additional training paid-for by the company Duties Ensure the safety of the crew and the jobsite at all times Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using proper techniques to ensure safety and health of tree Operate bucket trucks, grapple trucks, wood chippers, and other equipment safely to access high or difficult-to-reach areas Use rigging skills to secure branches or trees during removal or pruning processes Apply horticultural knowledge to diagnose tree health issues and recommend appropriate treatments Assist with land clearing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations Qualifications Proven growing experience in arboriculture, horticulture, or landscape maintenance Strong knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and disease management Hands-on experience with bucket trucks, bucket operation, and rigging techniques Climbing experience is a bonus Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid certifications in tree care or related fields are desirable but not mandatory Don't settle for a job, come work with us and grow into a business leader!
