Responsibilities Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact for all tree care service inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community engagement to expand the client base.
Site Assessments:
Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify tree care needs, diagnose potential issues, and recommend appropriate services.
Proposal Creation:
Develop and present customized proposals and bids that address client requirements and project specifications.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of tree care projects, meeting client expectations and timelines.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress within the companys CRM system.
Upselling Services:
Identify and recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
