Responsibilities Safely ascend trees using rigging techniques and climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks. Operate bucket trucks and bucket operation equipment to access hard-to-reach areas efficiently. Implement proper rigging procedures to secure branches and debris during tree trimming or removal. Assist with landscaping projects by supporting planting, soil preparation, and landscape enhancement efforts. Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring a hazard-free work environment. Requirements Proven growing experience in tree care, horticulture, or related landscape fields. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques, tree care best practices, and landscaping principles. Experience with rigging methods for safe tree removal or pruning operations. Ability to operate bucket truck equipment safely.
