Landscape Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently Assist with planting, landscaping, hardscape installation, and garden design projects Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments with proper techniques Maintain irrigation systems and perform routine repairs to ensure optimal water distribution Support construction projects by preparing sites, installing features, and performing general site cleanup Carry out seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and winter storm response to keep properties accessible and safe Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and health assessment Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape features, and general landscape construction processes Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive on hands-on work.
