Eligible candidates must have valid driver's license. Candidate must be able to proficiently and safely access a tree and perform pruning, rigging, and removal work. Safety and professionalism are our priorities. Every employee must be a team player and ready to bring a good attitude. We have a tight knit group of workers that get along and look out for each other. We work Monday through Friday, starting at 7am. Some days you'll be off by 3:30, other days it could be 5 or 6pm. We try to create a fair and reasonable work load and environment. No weekends. Attendance and punctuality is very important to our company. We're a small company and everyone is important here. There are opportunities to advance to quickly for a dedicated and talented candidate. We do offer a 4 day work schedule for those who prefer it. Enjoy full-time benefits and have 3 days off, how about that? We have overtime for the 5 day workers who want it or need it. We work all year, all winter long. We have 6 paid holidays a year, plus a few paid employee appreciation outings per year(boating, laser tag, steakhouse lunch, etc). 2 weeks paid vacation. We offer several additional benefits, including insurance reimbursement and 401k matching. We will train you to advance your skill set and will assist in getting credentials such as becoming a certified arborist. We pay by direct deposit biweekly. We provide uniforms including shirts, sweatshirt, jacket, helmet, eyewear, other PPE. Annual boot allowance. We provide all necessary climbing gear. We have a mobile track lift, a small versatile forwarder, grapple trailer, nice new under-CDL chip trucks.
